While studying organizational leadership, she engaged in pertinent initiatives to gain valuable insights from other educators and administrators. She subsequently pursued a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at Trident University in Cypress, California, where she concentrated her research on the factors that influence learning environments and the correlation between innovative leadership and student performance.
