After graduating from university Tori began work with the British Schools Exploring Society where she became part of the record-breaking Pink Lady PoleCats team. In 2005 they were the first ever all-female team to complete The Polar Challenge, a gruelling 360 mile race to the Magnetic North Pole. Two years later, at the age of 25, she became the first Welsh woman and youngest British woman to climb 29,035ft to the summit of Mount Everest.
