Reviews

This book is incredibly helpful for those who have experienced abuse in their lives, particularly as children. It is highly accessible-no medical or psychological jargon-and the analogies help explain the concepts being introduced. Highly recommended! - Jamie McMillin, Author, Legendary Learning I liked how you relate the fact that if we can focus on healing ourselves individually, we can then heal as a country. It's an important point and one that interested me the most. - Elizabeth Yost, Energy Healer, Writer This third book brought it all together for me, was positive and helpful ... you brought forth the joy of healing along with how the reader can heal. 'Survival Mode' hit home for me. It gives a name to when your soul, your energy, is injured and needs to recuperate ... seeing the 13 characteristics written out with steps to shift out of Survival Mode was beyond beneficial. - Nancy D. Campbell, Healthcare/IT Professional Mariane Weigley's third book continues with new insights into understanding dissociation and negative energy, portrayed with a depth that is riveting. By deeply examining her stories of loss, she gained an awareness of energy that she has applied to overcome gripping circumstances. She conveys what's possible if we understand how the human energy system works-and how to clean it up when it's blocked, torn, and fragmented. This whole series offers tremendous hope for traumatized people to mend, reintegrate, and find peace. - Janice DeCovnick, PhD, Clinical Psychologist Member, American Psychological Association
