In celebration of Paul Howard William's art and life, the artist's childhood friend Malcolm Stow curated an exhibition of his work, featuring multimedia, audio-visual pieces and abstract expressionist painting and collage inspired by the art of his time, and the future. All Paul's works appear incomplete, fragmentary, yet, these experimental mostly student pieces become endlessly varying, sometimes melancholic, angry, comic and amusing and entertaining, in this exhibition Paul Williams' Art and Life 1954-81. 1st London Borough of Culture retrospective One Hoe Street to 20th December 2019 10-5Abstract Constructivist Collage Expressionist Landscape: Spacescape Cosmos closed Mon.
