Major changes have occurred in the last few years in the methods of cutting and manufacturing outerwear. Janet Ward, FCFI, was a senior lecturer at the London College of Fashion, and is now a leading consultant on all aspects of Clothing Technology. She has had extensive experience as a pattern cutter designer and consultant.
