The author effectively went into details without at any point appeared boring in its quest to ensure the reader grasp the principles of effective communication, consultation and at the same time inherently and effortlessly becomes patient centred in his consultations. I still reference to this book on daily bases even after years of qualifying as a GP. I would deem myself selfish if I do not recommend this masterpiece to anybody both trainees and trainers who want to perfect the act of General practice consultation.""
