Dr. Insung Jung is a visiting research fellow at the Education Research Institute at Seoul National University, South Korea, and a former professor of Education at International Christian University in Japan (2003–2022). Prior to this, she held faculty positions at Ewha Womans University and Korea National Open University. With over 35 years of experience in distance education and e-learning, Dr. Jung has advised numerous international graduate students from diverse linguistic backgrounds, supporting their research and academic development.
