OverviewThis is a 26-page, 8.5*11 inch habit tracker, and note self-help planner. Allowing you to build good habits over a 12 month period. The left page is a habit tracker, and the right page is college rule lined pages for additional notes. A basic monthly habit tracker. You need one of these for each month in your planner or journal. Users can fill out habits they want to monitor along the top line, Drink 6 glasses of water , 30 minutes of yoga etc. and then they color in a square for each day they kept the habit. At the end of the month, they can see how successful they were.
