After twenty years of ministry to exited pastors in particular, Charles Wickman has given his readers the benefit of that experience in Pastors-at-Risk . It is insightful and practical. It is just what weary and discouraged pastors need. I highly recommend it. -- Dr. Ridge Burns, CEO, AMF From its beginning, I've followed Pastor-in-Residence, Inc I know the heart of it's founder and the author of this book and often talk about this unique ministry to pastors and students. Thank God that Charles Wickman has shared what twenty years of such practical ministry has taught him and his colleagues about pastors in jeopardy. If you don't buy another book this year, buy this one. -- Dr. Archibald Hard, Author
