Marlena Spieler was born in California and discovered her passion for cookery in Israel. She is a regular contributor to magazines and newspapers including the Independent and the San Francisco Chronicle. She oftens talks on culinary topics on Woman's Hour and The Food Programme. She is the author of several international bestsellers.
