The alpha wave pattern induced by the arrangement of Baroque music at around 60 beats per minute engages the mind in an alert and relaxed state. It provides superb background music either for studying or engaging in any type of activity that requires focused attention. It benefits everyone who is within earshot of its calming reverberation.
