Steven A. Diaz is adjunct professor of agency practice and transit law at University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He is former chief counsel of the Federal Transit Administration. Lawrence F. Hughes received his J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from New York Law School, and his M.S. in Transportation Planning and Engineering from New York University Polytechnic Institute. His articles related to public transportation and its history have been published in Transportation Law Journal and Motor Coach Age.
