Die Theorie besagt, wenn ein Land dich anzieht, ist der Grund dafür, dass dort etwas auf dich wartet. Ich dachte Paris sei der Ort, die Stadt der Liebe, die man gesehen haben sollte. Jetzt möchte ich zurück und die Version wiederfinden, die ich dort sein konnte. Die Version von mir, die im Aufzug zwischen zwei Etagen steckengeblieben ist. Die Version von mir, die den Eiffelturm aus ihrem Hotelzimmerfenster sehen konnte und sich gefragt hat, was mit ihr nicht stimmt, weil sie so müde war, sich deshalb nicht bewegen konnte. Ich romantisiere meine Krankheit. Ich romantisiere die Einsamkeit. Ich romantisiere die Anreise, die Abreise, aber niemals die Ankunft.
