Initially, she developed this refreshing and entertaining book concept wanting her son to discover the world on his own terms, in a fun and educational way. My Globetrotter Book was born from her passion for travel and discovery, but also and above all from her desire to awaken young minds to our vast and fascinating world. The graphic signature of My Globetrotter Book was developed by Angel Gyaurov, based in Bulgaria. The author and her graphic designer have formed a team on numerous projects over the years and have jointly produced numerous reports published on behalf of their various international clients. My Globetrotter Book is published by Maria Wojciechowska. Marisha is a Canadian, and has lived in Montreal, Toronto, New York, Paris, Tokyo and Bangkok. She has authored and edited numerous knowledge products for the United Nations and not-for-profits on issues of water, sustainable development and the environment. She has published several coffee-table books in partnership with Magnum Photos, Jean-Michel Cousteau and others. Together with her family, she has traveled all over the world, and knows how a child looks at the world! She is passionate about making the world a wondrous place for our children. Marisha Wojciechowska is a Canadian national residing in Bangkok part of the year, with over twenty years of experience in water resources policy, with extensive international experience, and a broad client-base of multilateral agencies and civil society institutions.
