Boris Wandruszka studierte Philosophie und Medizin, promovierte in beiden Studiengängen und legte eine Habilitationsschrift in Philosophie vor («Metaphysik des Leidens»). Er arbeitet als Facharzt für Psychosomatische Medizin und Psychotherapie in Stuttgart. Zusätzlich ist er als Dozent der Philosophie in Freiburg tätig. Seine fachlichen Schwerpunkte umfassen u. a. die Philosophie des Leidens, die philosophische Wissenschaftstheorie (inkl. Methodologie der Philosophie) sowie die Religions- und Kulturphilosophie.
