Shibley is Founder and Director of The Anglican Internet Church online ministry (www.AnglicanInternetChurch.net). An ordained Anglican clergyman, he retired from active parish ministry at Epiphany A.D. 2014. A native of Fredericksburg, VA, he holds a B.S. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and and M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Virginia. He is the author of several non-fiction books in the Christian Education Study series published by the Anglican Internet Church Bookstore and several books on the history and architecture of Fredericksburg, VA, where he served as Executive Director of the Historic Fredericksburg Foundation in the 1970s. He and his wife, Corinne, reside in Mechanicsville, VA. He has two children and four grandchildren. In his secular life, he is a financial advisor.
