Professor and Director of the Paediatric Orthopaedic Trauma Residency at the Universidad Austral de Chile, at Valdivia, Chile. Currently medical staff at Hospital Base de Valdivia, Chile. Involved with AO Foundation, as AO Trauma Faculty for Latin America, and AO medical member of the Intramedullary Nailing Expert Group and the Lower Extremity Global Expert Committee. Past member of the AO Trauma Paediatric Expert Group. Past-President of the Paediatric Committee of the Sociedad Chilena de Ortopedia y Traumatologia, 2023.
