"Radiology plays a fundamental role in the diagnosis and management of childhood diseases. This is reflected in both paediatric and radiology post graduate exams, where candidates are expected to have a working knowledge of paediatric pathology, clinical manifestations and appropriate radiological investigations. This book is very clearly set out with a useful initial section of interpretation, rules, and tools with each of the 100 or so cases. There are clear answers and a useful list of radiology points and clinical relevant facts to the condition demonstrated the book will be a useful aid to doctors training for their examinations and, indeed, could be a useful text for CPD for Consultants. It has a welcome and chatty style which serves to entice the reader. Review of 1st edn: Radiology Now, 2004 A quick refresher of the classic images of important neonatal and paediatric conditions. The images used are good quality and cover the most important areas of paediatric imaging. It is easy and enjoyable to read and covers a broad range of diseases as well as a few rarer cases.
