Author Information

Bob Parnes has lead whitewater and stillwater canoe trips for the Appalachian Mountain Club and served as executive director of the New York-New Jersey Trail Conference. He holds a Ph.D. in physics and has taught mathematics. Today he lives in Mechanic Falls, Maine.
