This is a must-read for those who participate in the care of patients with dizziness, vertigo, and disequilibrium. The book provides a comprehensive, but not necessarily scholarly or exhaustive, review of the various syndromes that might cause dizziness. It also covers a relatively new concept - that of psychogenic dizzy syndrome, which is highly informative. Adolfo Bronstein is Professor of Clinical Neuro-otology and Head of the Neuro-otology Unit at Imperial College London. He is also a Consultant Neurologist at Charing Cross Hospital (Imperial College NHS Trust) and at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square, London, UK.
