The author (1952, Amsterdam) made a career in the financial world. Her other two passions, horses and writing ran like a thread through her life. In 2006, she changed track and moved to Drenthe, where she founded the Horse Farm Meulenaar Goorn. Her current activities include holding workshops with horses and personal coaching.
