Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationMy professional career began in an administrative and managerial capacity while studying for a Bachelor's degree in Music at the University of Bridgeport, Ct. Working as an assistant to the professorial staff and the University Civic Orchestra; I was also an assistant to the Executive Director of the Bridgeport Symphony. After completing University, I returned to NYC and worked as a Booking Assistant for Columbia Artist Management, Inc. Realizing my knack for booking and managing performing artists, I began working independently, producing shows and musical events in small theaters and nightclubs for other performers, and as a band leader and vocalist. In 1989, I moved to Miami, FL, and opened the Miami Beach Music Studio. Developing this rehearsal and production facility allowed me to work with a variety of artists and entertainment production companies in music (Columbia Records), modeling (Act 1 Management) and television (Wil Vander Flugt Film Productions). I also worked in artist development as a voice and acting coach. Moving back to NYC in 1994, I continued to work independently in a variety of capacities under the auspices of my company Stefi Sanev Presents. I worked regionally on the East Coast until I relocated to San Francisco, CA, In San Francisco I created B&B Talent, an arts and entertainment development and production company, producing projects in music, theater, and fine art, and also did screenplay development. Projects under the auspices of B&B included: a national music tour to benefit Project Homeless Connect, 2b Records, a digital record label. Ancillary to this I was also a co-director of the Aversano Galleria, a gallery of contemporary fine art, in North Beach, CA, and was instrumental in developing the North Beach (NOBE) Contemporary Artists Collective for showcasing to the museum trade. I currently operate TigerKat Publishing and TigerKat Records in Oregon with my talented partner, Michael Husser. We have produced three CD's of original music under the TigerKat recording label as The AH Factor band, and recently presented our original compositions Oregon Rain and Willamette Moon to the Oregon House of Representatives and Senate. The completion of this book can now be crossed of my goal sheet! I hold a Bachelor of Music cum laude from the University of Bridgeport, CT, and have studied Finance as part of a Master's degree program at Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
