'This book is not just another book identifying the problems of workplace stress but an outstanding self-help guide that is based on cognitive behavioural therapy. It is focussed on the individual, and what you can do to help yourself cope with the stress-related issues in your job... a must read for the many out there who are finding they just can't cope!' - Professor Cary L. Cooper, CBE, Distinguished Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health at Lancaster University and Chair of the Academy of Social Sciences.
