Overview"""Overcast in Orcheton"" is a full-length stage play for general audiences. SYNOPSIS: 10 years ago in Orcheton Village, a high school student named Claire Nette disappeared. Once the police had discovered a suicide note the was apparently written by Claire, it was concluded that the case was a suicide. However, the mysterious circumstances of the case as well as strange rumors about the parties involved have since left the town in a tense, uncomfortable state. In the present day, Harper Sigurd, a somewhat inexperienced teacher from a city, moves to the village as a favor for the Orcheton School's principal, Towsacks, an old friend of Harper's mother. Apparently, the school has had a revolving door of teachers ever since the incident and Harper was brought in to help improve the image of, and atmosphere within the school. Having been interested in acting and musical performance, I often found myself getting involved in these things throughout my life. I have discovered that I enjoy writing scripts for theater specifically so to start, I have written out my plays and posted them here on Amazon KDP. So far I have had only one play produced by a small, local theater group in my hometown called Urban Stories Theatre. That play was called, ""Couch Potato,"" a One-Act play which is included in a compilation among my published works. I hope that anyone who may purchase my scripts can enjoy my writing and hopefully even perform it in the future. Thank you for taking the time to humor a no name such as myself. Have a wonderful day!
