Give this book a 5-star review after reading twice. This book is for Exam prep not an outline. Many published bar exam essays ! On exam day read the call of the question first then read the hypo 4 times. If you still have nerves read all the interrogatories of all the essays to help you relax. Then read the hypo you will write first 4 times. Before you start writing, outline the hypo first. Never start an essay without an outline. It takes no more than 5 - 10 minutes. If you do, you will probably fail. This book goes into detail about all the above - and in the process catches you up on important substantive law as well.
