Reviews

""Out of Focus, is a compelling and profound example of the state of mental health in Gen Z. In my field of academia, it is time we continue to bring awareness for mental health through informative and revolutionary books like this."" -Carie Rosa Leader in Education and Assistant Principal of public schools For years, we Boomers have opined (from the outside) about the mental health issues of Gen Z, but we missed a lot. This refreshing new book, written from within this incomparable generation, offers the perspective of a knowledgeable and wise young woman who has found herself and her friends wrestling with many of the unique challenges faced by Gen Z - and drawing on their unique strengths. Aly Vredenburgh helps us understand Gen Z and how our society can step up to make the world a better place. -Prof. Kevin Welner, University of Colorado Boulder School of Education.
