This book depicts family life making memories in both word and picture. Good for a lower elementary library collection. This book tells a sweet story about a young child on a camping trip with his family. It is beautifully illustrated in a way that will give a child a nice springboard for talking about the camping experience. The story is written in a comfortable rhyme and is great for a young listener. The print is large and should encourage some young readers to give it a try. This was such a great book! My little brother loves it! I hope this author writes more stories. The illustrations were excellent and so was the story. Great family-oriented. A very delightful preschooler's book. Well written and illustrated. A must for parents with young children. It also will help children learn to read!
