A. NURI YURDUSEV was educated in Turkey and in England. Presently he is Associate Professor of International relations at Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey. He has held visiting appointments at the University of Leicester and St Antony's College, Oxford. He is the author of International Relations and the Philosophy of History, also published by Palgrave Macmillan.
