At the age of thirty-one, Audra adopted her first puppy, Oscar. Having never had a dog as a child, Audra relied on training books and research to prepare for the Miniature Schnauzer's arrival. As Oscar learned and matured, Audra encountered many situations the training books didn't mention. Those experiences, coupled with an interest in writing a book, spawned the idea for Oscar Comes Home. Recognizing many people get their first dog at an early age, Audra decided to write for a younger audience. This work is a product of love and appreciation for the many joys and learnings Oscar gave her over the years. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
