Creating origami insects is an interesting and challenging proposition because you have to figure out just how to create six legs, two antenna, wings, and three body parts from one sheet of paper. The author, Mr. Marc Kirschenbaum, gives an excellent explanation of how he and other origami professionals/enthusiasts have resolved this problem. I wouldn't suggest this book for beginners, the patterns may be frustrating and may be off-putting, but for the more experienced intermediate and advanced folders, this book will provide you with hours of enjoyment. You will amaze yourself when you paper magically metamorphoses into a bug, and be impressed by the ingenuity of the author's solutions to the difficulties in creating origami bugs.
