Overview

Oria and her partner Culca are recalled to Luthgenicca on news that a pirate ship has been captured. Everyone presumes that the Novium Empire is supporting pirates attacking ships from Luthgenicca and their allies. The two young women question a pirate and the leader of the pirate ship. They hope their questions will guide them to a plan to reduce, if not end, the pirate menace. Could Oria's past as a child fond of pranks also help them achieve their goal?
