Dr. O'Neal specializes in residential and commercial sales, property management and spiritual architecture. With more than 25 years in real estate, she regularly lends her expertise to nonprofit organizations to expand their missions. DOR Referral and Asset Management is a micro-firm that specializes in financial fitness course development, entrepreneurial training, and consulting in organizational leadership and development. The focus is on supporting organizations to grow through engaging their people with executive and business coaching through strategic planning and the facilitation of a range of leadership development programs. Dr. O'Neal holds a PhD in Public Policy and Administration, a Masters in Public Administration both from Walden University, and a M.A. in Community Economic Development from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a Professor and SME for Strayer and Realtor University in the Schools of Business, Real Estate, and Public Administration.
