Author InformationSankarasubramanyan Ramamoorthy has 37 years of professional experience in Human Resources Development, Consulting, Organization Development and Applied Behavioral Science. Sankar is an International Director on the Board of NTL (www.ntl.org) and Director of ChangeWorks (www.changeworksindia.com), a consulting organization based out of Mumbai, India. Sankar has hands-on experience in Organization development, people process implementation, Personal growth, Leadership and team Development, Executive Coaching and Appreciative Inquiry based interventions. He is also a writer having published two books and many articles in peer reviewed journals. Wasundhara Joshi is a Medical Doctor, Behavioral Scientist, Facilitator, OD Consultant, Coach and Yoga Therapist. She has an MD in Paediatrics following which she pursued an interest in Neonatology.
