Her exper□tise encompasses Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategic HRM, HR Analytics, Organizational Change, Training and Development, Entrepreneurship, Business Research Methods, and Negotiation Skills. Her research interest include HRM, OB, entrepreneurship, start-ups, and AI applications in HR, with contributions comprises of book chapters, peer-reviewed publications, and funded projects. Dr. Apurva A. Chauhan has over a decade of experience in the field of education and is currently serving as an Associate Professor at the School of Leadership and Management, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies. She is UGC-NET and GSET qualified in the field of Management and has published research papers in reputed journals, as well as presented her work at various national and international confer□ences. Her research interests include Behavioral Finance, Security Analysis, and Investment Decision-Making. Dr. Neha Yadav is working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Management Studies, School of Leadership and Management, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies. She has done her Ph.D. in Management from Amity Business School, Amity University Noida, First class MBA in Finance and Marketing from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
