Chiku Malunga, a leading Organization Paremiologist in the world, had a doctorate degree in Development Studies from the University of South Africa. He transited on February 12th, 2016 while the manuscript was being prepared for publication. Until his death he was the director of CADECO (Capacity Development Consultants), an organization that promoted African-centered organizational improvement models.
