Sasmita Samanta, Professor of Management, is currently donning the mantle of Vice Chancellor of Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), Deemed to be University and Institute of Eminence, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Her illustrious academic career is manifested in such distinctions as Ph.D. (Management); a Stanford LEAD Alumna and Stanford Distinguished Scholar, Stanford Graduate School of Business, Stanford University, USA; Fellow of Royal Society of Arts (FRSA, UK); and Fellow of Computer Society of India (FCSI, India). Professor Sasmita Samanta has been working on adoption of many regional institutions to promote quality assurance in higher education. She is the President of World Leadership Academy, Indian Commerce Association, and a recipient of more than two dozen awards from different national and international organisations in recognition of her outstanding contribution in the field of education and leadership. Her rich academic-cum-research accomplishments in the domain of Human Development and long educational administrative experience in Institution Building have made her an ardent believer in leading from front with human-centric values. J.P. Mahajan is currently working as Executive Director - Academic Publication, Management and Social Sciences, at Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), Deemed to be University and Institute of Eminence, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. During a long career, spanning over 50 years, Professor Mahajan has held such positions as Director (Academics), Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS); Head, School of Management, Delhi Technical Campus, affiliated to GGS IP University, New Delhi. His longest academic and administrative association, for more than four decades, was with Kirori Mal College, University of Delhi. Hema Gollamudi, a senior IT Executive and Entrepreneur, has been working with startups as investor and consultant/ mentor. She has worked in senior managerial positions in multinationals in Germany and India and has led cross-functional teams and businesses to deliver services for organisations such as Hewlett-Packard, Siemens, and Microsoft.
