(Chromatographia, December 2010) Author InformationTunga Salthammer has conducted research at the Physics Department of Strathclyde University in Glasgow, UK, prior to joining the Fraunhofer-Institute for Wood Research, Wilhelm-Klauditz-Institute (WKI) in 1990. Here, he is currently Head of the Department 'Chemical Technology and Environmental Research'. In 2003 he joined the University of Applied Sciences Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel as a Professor for Indoor Hygiene. He has been elected to the International Academy of Indoor Air Sciences (IAIAS), and is a member of the Editorial Board of the journal 'Indoor Air'.
