Frederick M. Hueston is a heart transplant recipient, writer, and consultant who brings a rare combination of real-life experience and straight talk to everything he writes. He currently lives a normal, active life, something that once felt uncertain, and continues to share his journey to help others going through the same experience feel a little more prepared and a lot less alone.
