Author Information

The author of this dissertation, Preecha Wandee, was born at Petchaburi province, Thailand on 17th November 1960. In 1978 he obtained his secondary school degree at Prommanusorn School, Petchaburi province and started his studies in Civil Engineering at Chiang Mai University, Chaing Mai, Thailand. He got his Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering in 1983.
