OverviewOpportunity Comes More Than Once is a story which talks about a girl of twenty-five who experiences events in her life that seem to repeat themselves. It is rather a flashback, which a girl - Brenda, narrates to her present dating partner - Rene. The actual story begins when Cathy, one of the seam partners to a guy, Rene, encounters her rival, Brenda, kissing with Rene deeply in the boy's room. Cathy insults Brenda, calling her a tigress. This insult paralyzes Brenda's mind and causes her to recount to Rene, the mishap that led to such a branding. Five years ago, Brenda had a rival in another dating affair, Carol Lyonga, who met Brenda and her ex-seam partner, Eben, in a romancing spree. This only led to a tussle which resulted in the death of the boy who was trying separate his two girlfriends. The family of the deceased Eben takes the matter to court, with the plaintiff accusing Brenda of 'violent assault', and later charging her for accusations to 'assault causing death through the use of powers of the occult.' The revelation of the real truth surrounding the whole story was only done by a Man of God. Brenda seems to have found two boys in her life time who possess almost exactly the same qualities, and two fierce rivals who seem to have provoked the whole story. However, it is all left to the reader to seek where opportunity comes more than once.
