Opinions of a Peon: Making Sense of Media and Mass-Persuasion in America

Overview

Know what's being said before it's being said. Building your opinion around facts is wisdom, as building facts around your opinion is typical. Such a statement points out the idea that there are those who thoroughly research and soul-search the part of themselves that lay the groundwork for their very essence. And there are those who view certain matters and issues through their own ears, but research such matters in angles that already line up with their misinformed feelings at that moment. This is a tell-tale sign of a closed mind. The fact of the matter is that a misinformed vote holds an equal amount of leverage as does an educated decision in terms of the many decisions that affect every American. But before it becomes clear to one in terms of what's true, one must accept the idea that there's always more than one side to every story. This has a great potential to rule out any half-truths that amount to a whole line of deception. Because a lie can only be successful in the ears of the listener by having enough of the truth for its foot to be allowed into the door of the mind. In other words, we display most of our ignorance by being misinformed. This publication is a collection of letters to newspaper editors across the United States from a center/right standpoint. Also, there are collections of opinions not published by any newspaper and a six-chapter fictional story that brings to life of the fact that numbers and logic are the true victors in the end. As a bonus, the final chapter consists of a multitude of original one-liner sayings that condense an assortment of matters of fact from a conservative standpoint.
