Michael Kelly is a Colorectal Consultant Surgeon at St James Hospital and co-founder of the PelvEx Collaborative. He has been involved in major collaborative publications and international conferences Desmond C Winter is a Consultant Surgeon at St Vincent’s University Hospital and Professor of Clinical Surgery at the University College of Dublin. He is also the Chair of European Society of Coloproctology’s Programme Committee. His areas of research include advanced and recurrent rectal cancer, organ preserving approaches for cancer, robotic and laparoscopic surgery, clinical and basic science research.
