Jacques Baud is Colonel Chief of Staff, former Swiss secret service agent and expert in chemical and nuclear weapons. He was, among other things, head of doctrine for United Nations peacekeeping operations in New York. He is the author of several books on intelligence, war and terrorism, including the best-sellers Governing by Fake News, Putin, Game Master?, Operation Z, Ukraine Between War and Peace and The Russian Art of War, all published by Max Milo.
