After the diploma of bricklayer at SPAI Biasca in 1997, he graduated in Architecture at SUPSI Lugano in 2001. To complete his technical education, he attended the Academy of Architecture in Mendrisio where he worked in various areas of construction and architectural design. From 2004-2005 he attended the Columbia University in New York, together with Prof. Arch. Kenneth Frampton.
