OverviewOocyte cryopreservation is an emerging reproductive technology aimed at preserving fertility in light of the biological clock. This study evaluated an educational program's impact on knowledge, attitudes, and intentions related to cryopreservation among 334 working females at Beni-Suef University, Egypt, utilizing a quasi-experimental design with pre- and post-tests. Results showed a significant increase in knowledge, with 79.9% scoring well post-test compared to 0.9% pre-test. Positive attitudes rose from 3% to 65%, and moderate intentions increased to 86.5%. The program significantly enhanced participants' overall understanding and disposition towards oocyte cryopreservation. The study recommends integrating this knowledge into premarital counseling at maternal and child health centers to enhance awareness of fertility preservation and its benefits for future quality of life.
