"About the Author Peter started programming computers in the early 1980's. He soon discovered he had a knack for it. He wrote programs for his own manufacturing business and started a small business writing programs for other small businesses. He has written programs for small businesses including shopkeepers, lorry drivers, estate agents, cardboard box makers, steel stockholders, toy makers, metal platers, conference organisers, retailers etc. Peter was able to analyse their needs and processes and transfer the repetitive tasks to a computer program. Peter has since been to university (Exeter) as a mature student and qualified as a tutor in IT & Mathematics. Although Peter occasionally enjoys gambling he admits he finds Roulette boring. Peter doesn't consider himself a gambler but a programmer. However, he enjoys the challenge of beating the wheel. His latest program is RouletteKeyGold which is aimed at serious online roulette players. Unusually, the majority of systems in this book require level stakes, no increasing bets after a loss! Most systems in this book are classic techniques from ""The Winning Rules or Roulette Practically Considered"", Sperienza, 1905. Peter came across this book in an Antiquarian Bookseller and decided it would be an interesting project for a computer program. This book is a result of studying the book and writing the program.
