P.N. Tankersley (otherwise known as Patrice Nicole Tankersley), is a former preschool teacher, turned children's book author and illustrator. Although she always enjoyed reading and writing stories at a young age, it was her time teaching that opened her eyes to adding to education by increasing literacy through the stories that she could create. In addition to drawing new characters and scenery, she enjoys getting lost in a good JRPG, taking care of her deck garden or, enjoying life with her husband and dog Boomer, in Birmingham, AL, where they reside.
