Author Information

Geoff Reiss has encapsulated over 40 years practical experience of project management in this book. His first two books on project management were best-sellers. He has been a trainer, consultant, and project manager. He is currently Director of Strategy with the Program Management Group Ltd. Geof Leigh is a Six Sigma Black belt, PRINCE2 Practitioner, and has held senior programme management roles in major companies.
