OverviewThis is the second volume of Paul Gilbert's articles, all of which have been previously published in national and international legal journals including Legal Week, The Law Society Gazette, In Brief, Without Prejudice and by Lexis Nexis and PLC. They were written between June 2007 and June 2009. The collection provides an insight into the challenges and opportunities for lawyers at this most uncertain of times. Previously Paul was General Counsel in two major UK financial services companies and he has also held positions as chairman and chief executive of the national in-house lawyers Commerce & Industry Group.
