OverviewThis is the story of how everything in Yellowstone changed after humans moved into the area, and the wolves disappeared. This one animal leaving the ecosystem ends up hurting all the others there - the elk, the bears, the fish, the beavers, the birds, and it even changes the paths of the rivers! Meanwhile, in Colorado, there were wolves being raised in captivity who needed a better home. They brought them up to Yellowstone because they wanted to do ONE NICE THING for these wolves. WOW! This one nice thing created amazing changes in the park for all the animals, plants, and rivers there. Soon everyone noticed all the impacts that this one act of kindness had for all. And the wildlife in Yellowstone began to thrive again. The illustrations in this book are by 46 different artists, ranging in age from 5 to 15 years old.
